Founder Director

Mr.Podikunju led GTI from its inception. He also serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of GrandTrust Overseas Pvt. Ltd. which was founded in 1978, engaged in processing and exporting of Frozen Seafood products to various countries including USA, Europe, Japan and the Middle East.

Mr.Podikunju has vast expertise in Management, Administration, Finance and Foreign Trade.

He is also the Managing Partner of M/s. TransAsia Corporation - a Merchandising and Foreign Trade Company founded during the year 1994 and represents four reputed Japanese Companies for their complete requirements of QUALITY SEAFOOD Products from India during the last 17 years. 

Founder Director

Mr. Seshadri who is the founder director of GTI, is also the Executive and Founder Director of M/s. GrandTrust Overseas Pvt. Ltd. He has vast experience in Marketing, Administration and Foreign Trade.
He is the Director of M/s. GrandTrust Exports & Services Pvt. Ltd. and Partner of M/s. Trans-Asia Corporation, companies engaged in Merchandising and Foreign Trade, that were set-up in 1994. Both the companies represent reputed Japanese Companies for their complete requirements of QUALITY SEAFOOD products from India during the last 17 years.

Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Josemone who is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of GTI contributes extensively to the company's strategic planning, supporting the operations and administration of the board and interfacing between the board and the staff and nurturing the overall growth and performance of the organization. Prior to serving to as CEO Mr. Josemone held management positions with some of the most prestigious CMMI/ISO certified software companies.

Mr. Josemone has 18 years experience IT Services industry including Software Development, Business Development, Program Management and Project Management.  He also shares a rich expertise working with big companies, Government Organizations, and also with Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) on various domains.

Mr Josemone earned a Masters Degree MCA (Master of Computer Application) in Computer Science.

Vice President – Software

Mr. Syed Mohamed serves as Vice President (Software) of GTI. He has comprehensive responsibility and oversight for all elements of the company's software offerings.

Mr.Syed has more than 17 years of experience in various fields including Project Management, Software Development and Program Management. He holds a masters degree MCA in Computer Applications. Prior to GTI, Mr. Syed held management positions in reputed software companies.

Mr. Syed has extensive experience working with Government organizations, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Middle East and US, on various domains like ERP, Forensic Systems, Accounting Systems, Education systems, CRMs, Production Systems, Materials Management systems, Content Management Systems, Document Management Systems, Workflow management systems and other business automation solutions. Besides, he was engaged in defining processes and managing various ITES Projects for Publishing, Logistics and Automotive industries. He is also conversant with modern programming languages, RDBMS, development tools and software development lifecycle models.

AVP-Sales & Marketing

Has over 16+ years experience in Software Sales & Marketing, Channel, Retail and Outbound Sales. Extensive exposure and good understanding of business objectives and processes in areas like Business development, Dealer network , Software sales, Team management and Channel recruitment. Exposure in Cement and Telecom industry prior to this assignment.

Proven competence in strategic planning, e-business and negotiation skills. Adept and skilled in utilizing effective human relations skills. Proactive, response-able by prioritizing management matrix with good expository skills. Proficient in building and managing teams, merging and collaborating with diverse functional resources and managing global stakeholders.
Over 4 years experience in present environment include ERP sales, Revenue achievement, Profitability, Partner and customer satisfaction, Portfolio selling and Industry expansion. Team handling, Training and Refresher programs for executives to keep them abreast with the market dynamics. Attending & participating in major seminars and conferences both in Domestic and International markets related to our product portfolio.
